The ideal site will be between 1 and 25 acres with an existing building or footprint, good road access and the ability to connect to mains services. We envisage that the land will be periphery land and not fundamental to the core function of the existing operation. Fundamental to the success of the business is the need for affluence in the areas we operate and therefore we are looking for rural sites on the outskirts of urban areas.
