CUE Business Solutions is offering a series of bespoke workshops through the Coventry and Warwickshire Business Support Programme, the workshops are part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Workshop content:

• A research-based approach
• Segment – how to group people together?
• Target – who to go for?
• Positioning – branding and the marketing mix to suit your business and your target customers
• Making it happen

You will leave this session feeling informed, enthused and motivated to develop a marketing plan to get your business out there. The session will start by looking at what you need to know and how to find it out. Then you’ll profile and select your ideal customers. Once you’ve identified these we’ll review your offering from their perspective to ensure it is attractive to them and will reach them. You’ll leave the session with a plan as to the next steps to make it happen.

You are asked to arrive promptly at 8.15 for an 8.30am start. Refreshments and lunch are provided.

Eligibility criteria exist and will be covered during the registration process.

We will use the information you supply: A) to provide business support to you and make referrals to partners and other providers of relevant services as appropriate; B) to share with Coventry City Council / Warwickshire County Council (as Accountable Bodies for the programme) and DCLG (or their sub-contractors) for monitoring evaluation and audit purposes. We will keep all information you provide confidential and treat it in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1988.
